Samantha Kane is moving from Chief People Officer at HCRG Care Group to take up the role of Chief Executive at Operose Health, as Liz Perry announces her departure after several years, acquiring and integrating AT Medics as well as overseeing Operose’s transfer to HCRG.
Stephen Collier, Chairman of HCRG Care Group, said:
“After 6 years with the business, Liz has decided that the conclusion of the change of control process in the coming months is the right time to move on from her role as Chief Executive. She will handover to Samantha Kane, an experienced leader from HCRG Care Group, who will take up the role on an interim basis.”

Liz Perry, Chief Executive of Operose Health, said:
